⚠️ Registration Caps

Please note: Registration caps for all 2027 Race Weekend Events (15K, 5K, Half Marathon, 8K, and Challenges) are not yet determined. Updates will be posted in the coming weeks.

🚶 Attention Walkers!

While walkers are welcome in all PGDC Race Weekend Events, only the following offer dedicated walk divisions:

• 🥣 Kashi 5K Walk

• 🧀 Kashi 8K Walk

Important: All walkers must maintain a minimum 16-minute-per-mile pace due to road closure permits.

A $5 Processing Fee must be added to the total amount due for all Offline (By-Mail) 2026 PGDC Registrations.

📝 How to Register by Mail:

1. Download the 2027 PGDC By-Mail Registration Form
2. Click each field, provide the requested information, then:

   • Print the completed form

   • Sign it

   • Include your Entry Fee + $5 Processing Fee

3. Mail to:

📅 Important Deadlines

• 🕒 Postmark Deadline: Friday, January 8, 2027

• Entry forms postmarked after January 8 will:

  • NOT be processed in advance

  • Require Race Weekend Late Registration Fee upon pick-up

• Valid, legible email address required on your form

📦 2027 PGDC – Race Packet, T-Shirt & Race Number Pick-Up

Race Packet Pick-Up for the 2027 Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic will take place during the:

📍 Tampa Convention Center – East Hall

🗓️ Expo Dates & Times:

• Friday, February 19, 2027 | 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

• Saturday, February 20, 2027 | Beginning at 6:00 a.m.

❗ Important Pick-Up Policy:

If you are unable to attend the Expo to pick up your Race Number in person:

1. You MUST complete and sign a Race Number Pick-Up Authorization Form.
2. The person picking up your Race Packet must present this form at the Expo.

📋 2027 Rules & Requirements

🖊️ Registration Waiver

All participants must sign the registration waiver.

• The waiver is located at the bottom of the registration form.

• Participants under 18 years old must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

🎂 Age Requirements by Event

• Half Marathon: Must be at least 12 years old

  • (A parent or guardian signature is required for anyone 18 & under)

• 15K, 8K, and 5K: No age restrictions

🏷️ Race Numbers & Timing

All participants are required to wear:

• An official Race Number (Bib)

• A ChronoTrack B-Tag (for race timing)

These will be provided in your race packet.

🔁 Registration Policies

• No refunds or transfers are allowed for any race, including:

  • 15K, 5K, 8K, Half Marathon

  • Michelob Ultra Challenges (Ultra, Pure Gold, Infusions, Zero)

✅ Need to Change Races?

• You may downgrade to a shorter distance for medical reasons

  • No refund will be given for price differences

  • No fee if request is made by Friday, January 8, 2027

  • Email your request to Registration@RunGasparilla.com

  • No changes accepted by phone

💲 Change Fees

• By January 8, 2027: FREE

• January 9 – February 14, 2027: $15 change fee

• Race Weekend: ❌ No changes will be accepted

🏃 Important Note

If you participate in a race you are not officially registered for, you will:

• Be ineligible for overall or age group awards

• Be in violation of event rules

Please ensure your registration matches the race you intend to run.
