The ABC Action News Health & Fitness Expo is FREE and open to the public. In addition to a T-shirt pickup, we will offer the latest in running shoes and apparel, medical breakthroughs, and information to help you take charge of your health.

Several of the Bay Area’s leading health and fitness professionals will be on hand to help you learn how to make choices that are best for your health, leading to a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

Moving forward, we will use eventhub.net as our registration and communication platform. This will make signing up for our events easier and keep all your information stored in one place! Don’t worry—creating an account on EventHub is entirely free.

To register for our event this year, follow these steps:

  1. Click this link to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub
  2. Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  3. You will be prompted to create an account or log in if you have previously created an eventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
  4. At checkout, you can purchase add-ons, complete your profile application, and select your preferred payment method (check or credit card).
  5. Submit your order! Note: If you opted for a credit card payment, your payment will be placed on hold and not be processed until we approve your order.

Other perks in your Hub: You can download/print your invoice or receipt, access documents, send me messages, see your booth assignment, and learn other logistics leading up to the event.

Bookmark eventhub.net and save your login (username and password) to your browser to revisit your orders and complete the next steps easily! Once your order is approved, you can send us the paperwork, access your invoice, send us messages, and view your logistics info/booth assignment, all from your Order Summary. If you get stuck or have questions, don’t panic! VEHICLE DISPLAY GUIDELINES
  • Must not block entrances/exits or Tampa Fire Rescue access locations
  • Fuel tanks must be less than ½ a tank for cars and less than ¼ if larger than a car
  • Fueling and de-fueling must be done off-premises
  • Keys must remain in Security Command during the event
  • Operators must be at least 16 years old
  • Visqueen or a drip pan must be placed underneath and always remain in place.
  • Vehicle move-in times will be restricted during Exhibitor Move-in. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with Kitty to schedule a time.
