✅ How to Participate as a Company Group:

To qualify for the Fittest Firm competition, companies must follow these steps:

1. Employee Registration

Each employee must:

  • Complete and sign the 2027 PGDC Registration Form
    OR register online via the 2027 PGDC Online Registration

  • Pay the appropriate entry fee for their chosen event(s)

2. Eligible Race Events

Employees can register for any Race Weekend event, including:

  • 15K

  • 5K

  • Half Marathon

  • 8K

  • Michelob Ultra Challenge

  • Michelob Pure Gold Challenge

  • Michelob Ultra Infusions Challenge

  • Michelob Zero Challenge

🎽 Race Packet Pick-Up

Each individual employee is responsible for picking up their own:

  • Race Number

  • Race Shirt

  • Goody Bag

📍 Pick-up will take place at the Tampa Bay 28 Health & Fitness Expo:
Tampa Convention Center – East Hall

  • Friday, February 19, 2027 | 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, February 20, 2027 | 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

🏁 All Group Participants Receive:

  • Official Race Shirt

  • Virtual Race Goody Bag

  • Finisher’s Medal (upon completion)

Please note: Each 2027 Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic Race Weekend event has a registration cap. Once the cap is reached for any individual event — 15K, 5K, Half Marathon, 8K, or Challenge — registration for that event will close immediately.
