Brorein St. & Franklin St. – Downtown Tampa

The Special K 5K Stroller Roll is a unique and family-friendly event open exclusively to:

• 5K walkers of all ages

• Participants wishing to run or walk while pushing a baby jogger or stroller

The Gasparilla Distance Classic Association promotes Healthy Living for the entire family and invites parents, caregivers, and children to come out, enjoy the course, and share in the spirit of wellness—together.

💡 Important Notes:

• This is NOT a competitive race.
  While each participant will receive a finishing time, this event is meant to be a fun, relaxed 3.1-mile experience.

• Racing with baby joggers is strictly prohibited.
  For the safety and enjoyment of everyone—especially the children—please do not enter the event with competitive intent.

⚠️ Important Participation Notice

PLEASE NOTE:
To participate in the 2026 5K Special K Stroller Roll, every adult and child must:

• Be officially registered for the event

• Be wearing an official 2026 5K Special K Stroller Roll race number

No exceptions will be made.

🚫 Baby joggers and strollers are NOT permitted in the following races:

• 15K

• Half Marathon

• 8K

These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of all participants.

Kashi 5K Walk (51 min. & Over)

The Kashi 5K Walk is designed for participants who want to be part of the 2025 Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic Race Weekend in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.

Whether you’re walking for fitness, fun, or simply to enjoy the experience, this event welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities to take part at their own pace—no pressure, just good vibes!

Perfect for first-timers, families, and those who prefer a more laid-back way to celebrate movement and community.

Entry Fees

⚠️ Important Race Day Instructions for Multi-Race Participants

If you plan to run the 15K & 5K AND participate in the Special K 5K Stroller Roll or the Kashi 5K Walk on Saturday, February 21, 2026, please carefully review the following rules:

📝 Registration Requirements:

• You must complete a separate registration and entry form for EACH event you plan to participate in.
  (This includes the 15K, 5K Run, Special K 5K Stroller Roll, and/or Kashi 5K Walk.)

🎽 Race Number Guidelines:

During the 15K:

• Wear ONLY your assigned 15K Race Number.

• DO NOT wear or carry your 5K Race Number(s) while running the 15K.

Before Starting the 5K Run:

• Remove your 15K Race Number.

• Replace it with your 5K Race Number.

Before the Special K 5K Stroller Roll or Kashi 5K Walk (if applicable):

• Remove your 5K Run Race Number.

• Replace it with the correct:

  • Special K 5K Stroller Roll Race Number, or

  • Kashi 5K Walk Race Number

⚠️ Because of the sensitivity of the Chrono Track Timing Device, wearing or carrying multiple race numbers can negatively affect your official race results.

👶 Special K 5K Stroller Roll – Registration Policy:

• Every adult and child participating in the Special K 5K Stroller Roll must be officially registered.

• All participants must wear an official 2026 Special K 5K Stroller Roll Race Number during the event.

🚫 Baby Joggers & Strollers – Restrictions:

• Baby joggers and/or strollers are NOT permitted in the:

  • 15K

  • Half Marathon

  • 8K

Participants who register online after January 10, 2026, or during Race Weekend Late Registration (if available):

• WILL receive a gender-specific performance wicking Race Shirt

• BUT are not guaranteed a correctly-sized shirt 2026 PGDC Gender-Specific Sizing Chart

 To ensure you receive your preferred shirt type and size, be sure to register before January 10, 2026!

🗓️ Expo Dates & Times:

• Friday, February 20, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

• Saturday, February 21, 2026 | Beginning at 6:00 a.m.

❗ Important Pick-Up Policy:

If you are unable to attend the Expo to pick up your Race Number in person:

1. You MUST complete and sign a Race Number Pick-Up Authorization Form.
2. The person picking up your Race Packet must present this form at the Expo.
